Please note, we are currently only supporting US-based roles. We hope to expand to other regions in the future.
- Respond to a few straightforward questions. There’s nothing extraneous here. Our intake form has easy, quick, targeted questions to get to the heart of what you need.
- Receive a list of relevant candidates. Easily view candidate details and shortlist those who are the best fit. Candidates are organized by relevancy.
- Connect with your favorite candidates. Once you receive your results, add them directly to a personalized email campaign. We’re integrated with Google and Microsoft, so you can securely and efficiently send and receive emails from your work email account.
- Quickly export candidates for any ATS or CRM. We’re ATS and CRM agnostic, which means you can export candidates and upload them to any applicant tracking system you use.
- Work with our Customer Success Reps (CSRs) to refine and maximize the effectiveness of your sourcing efforts.
A passive candidate is someone who is not actively seeking a new job opportunity. If presented with a good opportunity, they might be interested in a change and join your team!

We can support US-based professional-level roles (both technical and non-technical) such as software engineers, project managers, accountants, finance leaders, HR, talent acquisition and recruiting, sales, and marketing.
We can’t currently support sourcing for most frontline roles including jobs in medicine, retail, or academia.

The number of candidates varies depending on the specifications given for each role. Most roles yield 50-200 candidates depending on the qualifications, job level, requirements, and complexity of the role you submit.
Nope! We provide candidate sourcing, but not active candidate management.
$750/per role for the first 30 days, then only $375 for an additional 30 days.
